At this time, I’d like to ask you to consider submitting another recipe into Enchantment. Here are some ideas:
- Dishes that make you or your family legendary and when people enjoy them, they think of you.
- Red or Green Chile recipes that make people swoon.
- Main dishes that are out of the ordinary or reflect on New Mexico’s traditional cultures.
- Squash, Corn, or other Vegetable dishes that bring people back to their New Mexican roots.
- New Mexican Drinks or Cocktails.
- Traditional or not so traditional New Mexican breads.
- Desserts that are a little bit extra special.
