New Mexican Restaurant Interview Project

Thank you for participating in an interview about your restaurant. This is an exciting project to gather interviews with the owners or representives of New Mexico’s most iconic New Mexican restaurants. Your interview will be posted on the NewMexicanCookbook.com website and potentially another website if I can get enough interviews.

I’ve provided a series of questions below. Please do not feel like you need to complete each and every question. The more questions you can answer, the better, however. There is also a section at the bottom where you can include photographs of your restaurant, your food and menu.
