New Mexican Food Suppliers Interview Project

Thank you for participating in an interview about your experiences as a New Mexican Chef.   This is an exciting project to gather interviews with the most important people in New Mexico’s food scene. Your interview will be posted on the NewMexicanCookbook.com website and potentially another website if I can get enough interviews.

I’ve provided a series of questions below.  Please do not feel like you need to complete each and every question. The more questions you can answer, the better, however.  There is also a section at the bottom where you can include photographs.
